We’re a small team in Silverton—grower, accountant, and HR/logistics—focused on one thing: delivering exceptional, chemical‑free produce that chefs can trust. Our home base includes a 625 sq ft building for mushrooms and a 120 sq ft greenhouse for microgreens, herbs, and edible flowers. Everything is grown with tested well water and compliant with Oregon nursery regulations.

Because we grow to order and deliver live whenever possible, chefs get longer shelf life, brighter flavor, and the flexibility to trim exactly what they need on the pass.
